Job Summary:

Naeem Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Medical Officer (MO) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should be capable of providing quality patient care, conducting medical assessments, managing routine OPD cases, and supporting senior consultants in clinical duties. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience looking to build their medical career in a hospital environment. Typical MO responsibilities include patient assessment, documentation, emergency handling support, and coordination with healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient examinations, consultations, and routine medical assessments.
• Diagnose common medical conditions and provide treatment plans under hospital protocols.
• Prescribe medications where appropriate and maintain accurate patient records.
• Manage OPD patients and assist in emergency cases.
• Support senior doctors and consultants during rounds and procedures.
• Monitor patient progress and update treatment records.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for smooth patient care.
• Ensure adherence to hospital SOPs, infection control, and ethical medical practices.
• Handle patient counseling and maintain professional communication with attendants.
• Participate in shifts, including morning, evening, or night duties if required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: MBBS from a recognized institution.
• Registration: Valid PMDC/PMC registration mandatory.
• Experience: Fresh to 1 year experience (House Job completed preferred).
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and teamwork mindset.
