Description:

EZ MD Solutions is expanding its US healthcare support team in Rawalpindi and hiring experienced Virtual Medical Assistants for new US accounts. You will work directly with a US healthcare provider on patient communication, scheduling and documentation, on-site in Rawalpindi on a US night shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally and empathetically
  • Schedule, confirm and reschedule appointments
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Manage prior authorisations, referrals and prescription refill requests
  • Document accurately in the client's EHR or practice management system
  • Manage the provider's inbox and follow up until items are resolved

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Virtual Medical Assistant, medical scribe, or in US healthcare support — not entry-level
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent
  • Hands-on experience with at least one EHR or practice management system
  • Strong multitasking across phone, email and chat
  • Able to work a US night shift, on-site in Rawalpindi
  • Sound understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA principles

Preferred: medical, dental, pharmacy or allied health background · insurance verification, prior authorization or practice experience.
