On-siteSalary: Competitive Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the US Medical Billing / Healthcare RCM industry.
This is not a general sales role. We are specifically looking for someone who already understands the medical billing industry and has successfully generated appointments and clients for services such as:
- Medical Billing
- Credentialing
- AR & Denial Management
- Medical Coding
- Prior Authorization
- Healthcare Virtual Assistants
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in medical billing/RCM business development
- Demonstrated success generating qualified appointments and leads and able to make good number of cold calls
- Experience taking prospects from lead → appointment → proposal → closed client
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare market
- Ability to generate conversations through multiple channels including cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other outbound strategies
- Strong critical-thinking, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently identify opportunities and develop effective outreach strategies
Your Experience Matters
During the interview, you will be asked about your actual results, including:
- How many medical billing appointments have you generated?
- How many leads have you converted?
- How many medical billing clients have you personally closed?
- Which services have you sold?
- Which channels and strategies have you used?
If you do not have direct medical billing/RCM sales experience, please do not apply.
We are not looking for someone with only general sales experience. Industry-specific medical billing sales knowledge is mandatory.
