We are now hiring a dynamic, confident, and target driven Ophthalmology Sales Officer to join our Lahore team.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell ophthalmic surgical products to hospitals, clinics, and eye specialists.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with ophthalmologists, surgeons, and procurement teams.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
Plan and execute territory coverage for maximum market penetration.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide product training to medical staff.
Collect and report market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and reporting procedures.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of sales experience in medical/ophthalmic devices (fresh candidates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to travel within the assigned region.
Basic knowledge of ophthalmic products will be an advantage.
