Pay: 73,000.00 (PKR) - 95,000.00 (PKR) per month
Skills & Abilities:
- Gynecology Segment Knowledge: Understanding of gynecology and women's healthcare products, therapeutic areas, and market dynamics, with the ability to effectively engage relevant healthcare professionals.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex pharmaceutical information.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product benefits.
- HCP Engagement: Ability to effectively engage healthcare professionals, communicate product value, and build strong, long-term professional relationships.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficient in closing deals and negotiating contracts with healthcare professionals and distributors.
- Travel Flexibility: Open to frequent travel within assigned territory, including overnight trips as needed.
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes. Apps etc.
Personal Attributes:
- Self-Driven: Driven and able to work independently while managing a sales territory.
- Resilience: Capable of handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit with a willingness to support colleagues and share knowledge.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharm-D), Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 6 Months + of sales experience in the Gynecology and Vaccines segments within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
License: Valid driver’s license
Maximum Age Limit: 28 Years
