Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Research Manager with a strong background in the Healthcare sector to lead and oversee research projects, ensure data accuracy, manage research teams, and deliver evidence-based insights. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in healthcare research, clinical studies, public health research, or pharmaceutical research and possess excellent analytical and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage healthcare research projects from planning to completion.
• Design research methodologies, protocols, and data collection strategies.
• Conduct literature reviews and analyze scientific and healthcare-related data.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, regulatory standards, and research protocols.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals, hospitals, research institutions, and external stakeholders.
• Supervise research staff and monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare research reports, presentations, and publications.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using appropriate research tools.
• Identify funding opportunities and assist in preparing research proposals and grant applications.
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and quality throughout all research activities.
• Present research findings to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Stay updated with advancements in healthcare research, medical technologies, and industry trends.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Healthcare Research (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of clinical research, public health, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare systems.
• Experience managing research teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and research/statistical tools such as SPSS, STATA, R, or similar software is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
