About the Role

Herbion Pakistan is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Officer Store – Raw & Packaging Store to join our team at the Lahore Plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficient management of raw and packaging materials, inventory control, SAP transactions, and ensuring timely material availability to support smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage raw materials and herbs packaging materials inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Receive, inspect, store, issue, and maintain material transactions in SAP S/4HANA (MM Module).
  • Ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials as per production requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for material receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
  • Support procurement activities by monitoring material requirements and coordinating with Procurement for timely availability of materials.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment of raw and packaging materials.
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Planning, and Finance departments to ensure smooth material flow and inventory control.

Qualification & Experience

  • BBA in Supply Chain
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Raw Material & Herbs Packaging Store
  • Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (MM Module).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
