Our company is the sister firm of IZHAR construction company Pvt Ltd. Accurate Pvt, Ltd (Digital Meters Manufacturing firm) is seeking a full-time on-site Store Officer to join our team at Sundar Estates (Accurate Factory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store and warehouse operations efficiently.
• Perform issuance of production materials through System Process. (SIN)
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP system.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and operations departments.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Monitor loaders and store staff activities.
• Handle official emails and communication related to store operations.
• Support internal audits and stock verification processes.
• Prepare and verify supplier invoices according to purchase orders and GRNs.
• Maintain proper invoice records and documentation.
• Match invoices with material receiving records.
• Conduct monthly inventory audits and physical stock verification.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of progressively responsible experience maintaining and controlling inventory or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
