Ropstam is hiring a detail-focused Data Entry Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience. This role requires strong command of Excel, accuracy in handling large datasets, and the ability to work across multiple digital platforms. The selected candidate will support data operations, reporting, and online monitoring activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain company records within internal systems
• Review and assess anti-phishing websites, mobile app stores, and social media pages/groups
• Manage information across various platforms and databases
• Interpret datasets and generate reports when required
• Apply advanced Excel functions (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.) to streamline workflows
• Provide administrative support as assigned
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while ensuring precision and consistency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and/or Airtable
• Familiarity with major social networking platforms
• Strong analytical skills and high level of accuracy
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
• Capability to learn new tools quickly
• Effective organization, prioritization, and independent work skills

Other Details:

• On-site (Islamabad/Rawalpindi)
• EST hours (02:00 PM- 11:00 PM).
• Complete 40 hours every week.
• Contractual job- duration of 1 year

Plaza 82, 83 St 26A, Sector H DHA Phase 2, Main G.T Road, Rawalpindi.

[Currently remote; however, the role may transition to onsite work in the future based on business requirements}
