Sachi Chakki Khidmat is a well-established grocery store chain serving customers since 1990. We are looking for responsible and detail-oriented Auditors to monitor inventory, stock controls and operational compliance across our branches and warehouse.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits of assigned branches and warehouse operations.
  • Monitor inventory and maintain proper stock control.
  • Check product quantities and ensure inventory records are accurate.
  • Monitor product-wise minimum and maximum stock limits.
  • Conduct daily checking of assigned products according to company requirements.
  • Identify stock shortages, excess stock and inventory discrepancies.
  • Report irregularities and discrepancies to management.
  • Maintain proper audit records and reports.
  • Ensure company inventory control procedures are being followed.
  • Coordinate with branch staff and management regarding audit findings.
  • Monitor assigned zones and branches as required.
  • Perform audits at the warehouse and assigned branches.

Target-Based Incentive

The Auditor position also includes a performance-based target incentive upto 15k

The incentive structure is based on 3 performance targets, including inventory and stock-control related performance.

One key target is:

Product Limit & Inventory Control

  • Specific product limits are set by the company.
  • The Auditor is responsible for checking the assigned products daily.
  • Minimum and maximum stock levels must be monitored.
  • Proper inventory control must be maintained across the assigned zone.

Additional incentive targets will be based on the company's performance criteria.

Branch & Zone Responsibilities

Auditors may be assigned to a specific branch or zone, including branch and warehouse operations.

If the Auditor is required to travel from their assigned branch to another branch for official company work, fuel/travel expenses will be provided by the company.

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: Rs. 35,000 – 45,000 per month
  • Salary: Based on experience and qualifications
  • Target-Based Incentive: Available
  • Duty Timing: 12 hours
  • Paid Leaves: 3 paid leaves per month
  • Medical: Provided by the company
  • Official Travel/Fuel: Company will provide fuel for required travel between assigned branches

Requirements

  • Minimum Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
  • Age: 20–45 years
  • Good understanding of inventory and stock control.
  • Strong observation and checking skills.
  • Basic understanding of audit procedures and stock records.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Responsible, honest and detail-oriented.
  • Able to identify discrepancies and report them accurately.
  • Willing to travel between branches when required.
