SHINE Humanity Pakistan (SHP) is seeking a qualified and motivated Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples from patients using proper venipuncture and phlebotomy techniques.
• Ensure accurate patient identification and proper labeling of samples.
• Handle, store, and transport specimens according to laboratory protocols.
• Maintain proper records of collected samples and ensure timely dispatch to the laboratory.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of phlebotomy equipment.
• Provide professional and compassionate care to patients during sample collection.
• Coordinate with laboratory and clinical staff regarding sample requirements and discrepancies.
• Report any issues related to sample collection, labeling, or transportation to the concerned supervisor.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Intermediate / Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or relevant qualification.
• Previous experience in phlebotomy or laboratory sample collection will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of venipuncture, specimen handling, and infection prevention practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a clinical environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple samples efficiently.
• Knowledge of basic laboratory safety and infection-control procedures.

Pay: Rs43,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
