About the Opportunity

Careers Connect has been retained by a fast-growing US-based enterprise operating over 400 Metro by T-Mobile retail stores across the United States to source a sharp, detail-oriented Maintenance & Construction Coordinator.

The company's Karachi-based back-office plays a vital role in supporting US retail operations through strategic insight, data analysis, and operational excellence. We are looking for an experienced coordinator to manage and resolve facility-related issues across their nationwide retail network.

Position Overview

As a Maintenance & Construction Coordinator, you will take full ownership of upkeep and repair operations for US-based retail stores. You will handle maintenance tickets, coordinate with US subcontractors, and analyze vendor quotes to ensure all facility issues are resolved quickly. This role requires a strong follow-up mindset and professional communication skills to interact seamlessly with international vendors and maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ticket Management: Monitor and resolve maintenance tickets efficiently through the internal tracking system.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Source and communicate with US-based vendors to obtain competitive repair quotes.
• Follow-up & Execution: Ensure rigorous follow-up on all open tickets until maintenance tasks are fully completed.
• Quote Analysis: Review and analyze vendor quotes for accuracy, ensuring they align strictly with company budgets.
• Documentation & Attention to Detail: Maintain precise logs and documentation of all maintenance activities and associated costs.
• Professional Communication: Negotiate and interact professionally with stakeholders and vendors across the United States.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Mid-level experience in construction coordination, facilities maintenance, or a similar ticket-based operations role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English proficiency to effectively deal with US-based subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Technical Aptitude: Sharp attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple quotes and simultaneous tasks efficiently.
• Mindset: A proactive, team-oriented personality with a strong commitment to long-term professional growth.
• Shift Flexibility: Fully willing and committed to working onsite night shifts (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM), six days a week.
