Requirements:
- BS Human Nutrition & Dietetics, Nutrition Sciences, or related field
- Fresh and experienced candidates may apply
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, health supplements, and wellness products
- Ability to counsel customers regarding nutrition and product usage
- Experience in online customer support, social media handling, or call center services will be preferred
- Ability to respond professionally to customer queries through WhatsApp, social media, and other online platforms
- Responsible, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, and online channels
- Provide nutritional guidance and product counseling
- Recommend suitable products according to customer needs
- Follow up with customers and maintain service records
- Ensure timely and professional responses to all customer queries
