We're Hiring – Inventory Management Officer (Entry Level)

Location: DHA Phase 5, Karachi
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In Person

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Management Officer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates at the early stages of their careers who have a strong command of Microsoft Excel and exposure to inventory management practices.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Stock Control:

  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Assist in tracking stock movements across warehouses and retail stores.
  • Ensure timely updating and reconciliation of inventory data.
  • Review stock reports to identify shortages, discrepancies, or excess inventory.
  • Maintain SKU-level records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
  • Prepare inventory reports and dashboards for management review.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Maintain accurate records within ERP systems.
  • Identify trends and highlight inventory-related issues for timely resolution.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of inventory transactions.

Coordination & Support:

  • Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and retail teams to facilitate smooth inventory operations.
  • Follow established SOPs and inventory control procedures.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and reporting).
  • Basic hands-on exposure to ERP systems as an end-user will be preferred.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
