Assistant Brand Manager – Trade Marketing

Location: DHA Phase 6 Lahore, Pakistan

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Assistant Brand Manager – Trade Marketing to support the planning, coordination and execution of trade marketing initiatives for our brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing trade campaigns, developing marketing communication materials, coordinating POSM development, supporting the Brand Ambassador (BA) program, managing school activation activities and ensuring the timely implementation of marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing trade marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Develop presentations for new product launches, marketing initiatives and internal business reviews.
  • Coordinate in-store activations, sampling campaigns and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Prepare and manage social media content calendars for marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate the execution and monitoring of paid social media campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the development, design, production and distribution of Point-of-Sale (POS) materials.
  • Work closely with Sales, Design and Brand teams to ensure timely implementation of trade marketing activities.
  • Conduct market visits to monitor product availability, competitor activities, new product launches and retail execution.
  • Coordinate vendor and agency activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within brand guidelines.
  • Plan and execute school activation programs and promotional events.
  • Support the Brand Ambassador (BA) program by coordinating BA Supervisors, reviewing reports and identifying performance improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare training presentations and marketing support materials.
  • Maintain marketing documentation, campaign reports and activity trackers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Experience with product launches and campaign execution is preferred.
