Full Stack MERN Developer (Full-Time)
We are looking for a motivated Full Stack MERN Developer to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in modern web technologies and a strong desire to grow professionally in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack web applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js.
- Develop scalable and secure backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with team members throughout the development lifecycle.
- Continuously improve technical skills and stay up to date with industry trends.
Required Skills
- Practical experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js).
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web application architecture.
- Experience with React.js and state management solutions.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ES6+ concepts.
- Experience working with MongoDB and database design principles.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
- Must have completed at least a few full-stack projects, personal or professional.
- Good understanding of responsive design and modern UI development practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Next.js.
- Familiarity with TypeScript.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Prisma, or other ORM tools.
- Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms, or CI/CD workflows.
- Experience with Redis, message queues, or microservices architecture.
