One of the leading retail business is looking hire someone to manage the locking and unlocking of customer mobile devices in accordance with company policies and payment status.
Responsibilities
- Lock customer devices in case of overdue installments.
- Unlock devices upon payment confirmation.
- Maintain accurate records of lock/unlock activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing.
- Follow company policies and data confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Intermediate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Experience in operations, customer support, or back-office functions is preferred.
