Robust Support & Solutions is looking to hire "Hard Count Specialist – Inventory Audit" for it's Karachi office.

Office Location: PECHS, BLOCK 6

Working Hours: 10 AM to 7PM CST (8PM to 5AM Pakistan time), 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities:
The Hard Count Specialist is responsible for executing virtual and physical audits of mobile phone devices and accessory inventories across designated store locations. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy by reconciling physical stock with system records in the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate inventory counts of mobile phones, SIM cards, and accessories at store level.
• Verify and log device details, including serial numbers, device types, and physical locations.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies between physical counts and POS system data.
• Collaborate with security personnel and department heads to gain access and validate inventory.
• Ensure all devices are tagged and labeled in accordance with company standards.
• Identify and document missing, outdated, or non-functional devices.
• Prepare inventory audit reports and update asset records in the inventory management system.
• Ensure timely and complete audit of assigned zones and locations.
• Maintain strict compliance with inventory documentation and reporting standards.
• Investigate and resolve unmatched data and inventory overages.
• Track and report on patterns of recurring inventory issues or discrepancies.
• Support the implementation of inventory control best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide feedback on audit process improvements and participate in process review meetings.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality of sensitive asset information.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proactive and able to solve problems efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions.
