About the Role:
EZ MD Solutions is hiring entry-level Virtual Medical Assistants to support US-based healthcare practices. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with clear English communication skills who want to build a career in the US healthcare/medical support industry. Full training provided no prior VMA experience needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support US healthcare practices with day-to-day administrative and patient-coordination tasks
- Communicate clearly and professionally with US-based patients and staff
- Learn and operate practice management/EMR systems with training support
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow instructions carefully
- Build strong habits in reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Clear, neutral English with no heavy accent (spoken and written)
- Medical/clinical graduates (MBBS, BDS, Nursing, Pharm-D, DPT, or related) preferred
- Basic computer and tech literacy
- Willing to learn no prior experience required, full training provided
- Good communication and documentation habits
- Able to commute to and work from our Rawalpindi office daily (night shift)
