Full job description

Skyline Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented “Data Entry Operator” to join our team and support our Amazon Business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, updating inventory, processing orders, and ensuring data accuracy for smooth business operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate product listings.
  • Monitor and update inventory levels to avoid stock outs or overstocking.
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently for Amazon FBM operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies regarding product listings and order management.
  • Verify and correct data inconsistencies in product descriptions, prices, and other attributes.
  • Generate and maintain reports on sales, inventory, and returns.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
