Sky Host is a web hosting and technology services company providing web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domains, SSL certificates, cloud storage, and other online solutions to customers.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Customer Support Agent** to join our Lahore office team.

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their hosting and related service inquiries, resolving basic technical issues, responding to support requests, and ensuring a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through support tickets, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

* Assist customers with web hosting, and related services.

* Understand customer issues and provide clear and professional solutions.

* Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical team.

* Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are properly resolved.

* Maintain accurate records of customer communication and support requests.

* Provide information about Sky Host services, packages, renewals, and upgrades.

* Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward suitable solutions.

* Coordinate with the technical, sales, and billing teams when required.

* Maintain a professional and helpful attitude when communicating with customers.

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or a similar role is preferred.

* Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

* Basic understanding of websites, web hosting, and email services.

* Ability to understand and troubleshoot basic technical problems.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to handle multiple customer requests efficiently.

* Ability to work as part of a team.

* Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

Lahore Office – Office-Based Position

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
