We are looking for a Junior Network Operations Engineer to join our technical team. The candidate will assist with network monitoring, setup, troubleshooting, hardware support, and customer technical support. This is a hands-on role suited for someone looking to build strong practical experience in networking and network operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor network systems and identify connectivity or performance issues.
* Assist with network setup, installation, and configuration.
* Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity problems.
* Assist with *routing, switching, VLANs, and IP configuration*.
* Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, access points, and other network equipment.
* Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and replacement.
* Respond to customer technical issues and provide first-level support.
* Communicate with customers to understand and diagnose connectivity problems.
* Escalate complex technical issues to senior network engineers when required.
* Assist with network maintenance, upgrades, and fault resolution.
* Maintain records of network issues, configurations, and troubleshooting activities.
* Follow network operations procedures and ensure timely resolution of assigned issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Diploma/Bachelor's degree in *Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related field*, or equivalent practical experience.
* Basic understanding of *TCP/IP, IP addressing, subnetting, routing, and switching*.
* Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, VLANs, and network troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with routers, switches, and network hardware.
* Good problem-solving and communication skills.
* Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work in a team and handle technical issues responsibly.
* *CCNA or relevant networking certification is preferred.*
* Fresh graduates with good networking knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Knowledge
* MikroTik, Cisco, Ubiquiti, TP-Link, or similar networking equipment.
* Basic network monitoring tools.
* ISP, telecom, or IT infrastructure environments.
What We’re Looking For
A motivated and technically curious individual who wants to develop a career in *network operations and technical support*. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, comfortable troubleshooting problems, and able to communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
