The Admin Assistant is an essential entry-level position within Fortek’s Administration & Office Management function, serving as the operational backbone for the day-to-day running of the office. The incumbent provides frontline administrative support across three core areas, general office administration and front desk management, procurement and vendor coordination, and executive management support. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the day-to-day custodian of office supplies and correspondence, and the go-to support resource for senior management scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting documentation. The Admin Assistant works closely with the Executive .Admin and the Admin Manager to ensure that all administrative workflows are completed accurately, on time, and to Fortek’s professional standards.
Pay: Rs21,860.87 - Rs44,499.29 per month
