Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Assistant Admin with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office management. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day administrative and office operations
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation accurately
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
  • Handle office correspondence, emails, and calls
  • Assist in preparing reports and administrative documents
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requests
  • Support employee onboarding and internal coordination activities
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration or related field
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Administration or Office Support
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
