Working days : Sunday to Friday

Timings : 10:00-06:00PM - Pakistan time

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Customer Support & Operations Coordinator for an Israeli transportation company operating buses, taxis, and delivery services.

The employee will handle WhatsApp messages from customers and drivers, resolve daily operational issues, and ensure smooth communication.

Most communication will be in a foreign language, using AI translation tools to understand messages and respond accurately.

We need someone who can think independently, understand problems, find practical solutions, and use AI tools effectively — not just copy and paste translated messages.

Required Skills

* Strong written English

* Excellent WhatsApp and chat-based communication

* Ability to use ChatGPT and AI translation tools effectively

* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

* Ability to understand context and resolve issues in a foreign language

* Fast response time and strong multitasking abilities

* Ability to handle urgent requests and customer complaints

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Independent, responsible, and proactive attitude

* Basic computer skills and Google Sheets

Required Experience

• Previous experience in Customer Support or Operations,
• Experience handling customer inquiries through WhatsApp or chat
• Experience using AI tools for communication and problem-solving is an advantage
• Experience coordinating between customers and service providers
• Transportation, logistics, dispatching, or delivery operations experience is a strong advantage
• Experience handling real-time operational issues is preferred
