Operations Support jobs

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will get a front-row seat to how our business runs, working across departments to optimize processes, analyze data, and support daily operations. If you love solving puzzles, organizing chaos, and making things run smoother, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Help map out, evaluate, and improve daily workflows and operational procedures.
• Data & Reporting: Gather and analyze operational data to help the team make smart, data-driven decisions.
• Project Support: Assist with cross-functional projects, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Admin & Logistics: Support day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, and team coordination.
• Interns are being hired in HR, Calendar Operations, Marketing and Finance

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
• Analytical mindset—you comfortability work with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and data.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
