Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage inventory and warehouse operations for a growing hospitality business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient stock management, proper storage, timely availability of supplies, and smooth coordination with operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.
• Monitor food, beverages, packaging materials, and operational supplies inventory.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and minimize wastage or stock losses.
• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for timely stock availability.
• Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) practices for inventory management.
• Prepare stock reports and inventory updates for management.
• Manage warehouse staff and ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards within the warehouse.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within restaurant, food & beverage, or hospitality operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management.
• Experience handling food supplies and operational materials will be preferred.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage fast-paced restaurant operations.
