Position: Amazon Reimbursement Specialist
Work Type: Remote

Schedule: Flexible, with availability during Arizona business hours

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Reimbursement Specialist to identify, investigate, and recover money owed to our Amazon Seller account. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Amazon FBA processes, reimbursement policies, and Seller Central reports.

This is a part-time remote position requiring approximately 4 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit Amazon Seller Central accounts for missed reimbursement opportunities
• Identify FBA inventory discrepancies, lost and damaged inventory, and other reimbursement claims
• Review Amazon FBA and settlement reports to identify missing or incorrect payments
• Identify issues related to customer returns, refunds, removals, and warehouse discrepancies
• Submit reimbursement claims and follow up with Amazon Seller Support
• Track submitted cases and reimbursement outcomes
• Maintain accurate records of claims, recovered amounts, and pending cases
• Regularly audit account activity to identify new reimbursement opportunities
• Ensure claims are submitted accurately and in accordance with Amazon policies
• Provide weekly updates on reimbursement activity and recovered funds

Requirements

• Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA reimbursements
• Strong understanding of Amazon reimbursement policies and processes
• Experience identifying lost, damaged, and missing FBA inventory
• Ability to analyze Amazon reports and transaction data
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience creating and managing Amazon Seller Support cases
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good written English and communication skills
• Previous experience recovering significant reimbursement amounts is a strong plus

Working Hours

4 hours per week
Remote position
Work should be completed during or with availability aligned to Arizona Time (MST).

Compensation

Competitive hourly/monthly compensation based on experience and proven reimbursement expertise.
