HIFI NET SMC PVT. LIMITED is looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition, particularly for white-collar and professional positions.

Job Type: Part-Time
Work Mode: Remote / On-Site
Working Hours: 4 hours per day
Shift: Flexible Afternoon/Evening Hours (before 11:00 PM)
Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, and final hiring coordination.
• Source and recruit qualified candidates for managerial, sales, customer support, accounts, administration, and other professional positions.
• Conduct effective candidate screening and preliminary interviews to assess qualifications, experience, communication skills, and suitability for the position.
• Develop and maintain reliable recruitment channels and talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring documentation with management.
• Assist with other essential HR matters as required.

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience hiring white-collar, managerial, sales, customer support, accounts, and administrative professionals.
• Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage recruitment while working in a part-time remote/on-site environment.

Candidates with strong hands-on recruitment experience across multiple professional roles will be preferred.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
