Job Summary

The Head of Operations is responsible for building, governing, and continuously improving the operational framework of KIDAN. This role owns delivery operations, operational excellence, business process management, PMO governance, quality management, reporting, automation, business systems, organizational enablement, and internal operational governance.

The Head of Operations ensures that all departments operate efficiently, consistently, and at scale while enabling a high-performance, process-driven culture across the organization.

The ideal Head of Operations is someone who makes things move, simplifies complexity, brings alignment and clarity across the organization, and ensures processes are not only designed but consistently followed, measured, and continuously improved. This role is expected to drive simplicity, standardization, and alignment through clear, scalable processes that enable teams to perform effectively.

Key Responsibilities

· Delivery & Customer Operations: Own the operational framework supporting projects, support, managed services, customer onboarding, time sheets, KPIs, reporting, governance, handoffs, and customer journey coordination.

· Operational Excellence: Continuously improve how the company operates through process optimization, standardization, automation, and productivity initiatives.

· Business Process Management: Design, document, maintain, and govern all company processes, SOPs, playbooks, and workflows.

· Internal Operations Support: Support departments with operational coordination, execution, and administrative processes.

· Project Management Office (PMO): Govern internal strategic initiatives, track execution, manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and reporting.

· Quality Management: Establish quality standards, perform operational audits, quality reviews, compliance checks, and continuous improvement.

· Business Systems & Tools: Own internal platforms (Zoho, Microsoft 365, automation tools, AI tools, etc.), user adoption, governance, and optimization.

· Productivity & Automation: Identify bottlenecks, remove waste, automate repetitive work, and improve operational efficiency across the business.

· Knowledge Management: Maintain documentation, SOPs, templates, knowledge bases, and ensure organizational knowledge is accessible and up to date.

· Operational Reporting: Produce operational dashboards, KPIs, service metrics, delivery performance, and executive reporting.

· Resource & Capacity Planning: Monitor utilization, workload, delivery capacity, and operational readiness across teams.

· Governance & Compliance: Ensure operational policies, standards, approvals, and internal governance are followed consistently.

· Organizational Enablement: Ensure every department has the right operating model, meetings, KPIs, documentation, tools, and governance to perform effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

· 8+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, PMO, Delivery Management, or similar leadership roles.

· Proven experience in building and scaling operational frameworks and governance structures.

· Strong background in process optimization, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness.

· Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving business transformation.

· Experience within IT Services, Consulting, SaaS, or Technology-driven organizations is preferred.
