We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager HR

Location: Lahore
Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 120,000
Experience Level: Mid-level | Full-Time

Are you passionate about people, processes, and delivering smooth HR operations? We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant Manager HR who can independently manage complete HR operations across zones and hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR Operations including onboarding, orientation, documentation, and offboarding
• Ensure smooth HR service delivery across multiple locations
• Lead end-to-end recruitment cycle for the assigned region
• Manage employee relations and resolve grievances professionally
• Assist in gathering inputs and supporting smooth payroll processing
• Prepare and maintain HR Operations & Payroll-related reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR standards
• Maintain and manage employee records, attendance, leave data, and HRIS updates
• Coordinate with departments for HR needs and support day-to-day HR queries
• Manage Group Life Insurance and Medical Insurance end-to-end, including additions, deletions, claim processing, and vendor coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business, or related field
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR Operations, recruitment, and labor laws
• Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with HRIS tools and MS Office
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage complete HR tasks independently
