Full job description
Oversee the daily operations of the centre and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
● Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, functionality, and professionalism throughout the
facility.
● Ensure meeting rooms, common areas, offices, and workspaces are fully operational and
client-ready at all times.
● Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and members.
● Manage client onboarding, orientation, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and exits.
● Handle client concerns, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
● Monitor occupancy levels and support efforts to maximize space utilization.
● Maintain accurate records of client & vendor agreements, billing, and collections.
● Manage relationships with all vendors, contractors, and service providers.
● Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
● Supervise front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and support staff.
● Ensure staff adherence to company policies, service standards, and attendance requirements.
● Prepare and submit regular reports on occupancy, collections, client issues, operational
performance, and centre activities.
● Monitor operational expenses and recommend measures to improve efficiency and control
costs.
● Support management with data and insights for decision-making.
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
