Senior Photoshop Image Processor

Pay: $500/month, room to grow once proven Hours: Full-time, 9 AM-5 PM Eastern (6 PM-2 AM Pakistan)

We're a US-based custom apparel and headwear brand (griwolfe.com) hiring a senior image processor to own our daily product image production at scale. This is not a creative design seat: you build batch systems, not artwork.

What you'll do

Build Photoshop actions and batch process 5+ products per day across multiple angles. Create recolorable PSD templates for angles we have no photography for, generate 60+ accurate color variants per product from a single source, and match every variant against the product's other views. Quality-check your own output, prep every file for our website with exact naming and specs, and post a daily status update in Google Sheets.

Must have

• Proven Photoshop batch action experience, built and run in production, not tutorials
• Proven color-variant work across many SKUs
• Excellent written English
• Sharp detail eye. One wrong setting in an action repeats itself across an entire batch
• Full-time availability on the stated shift
• Reliable computer + internet for large batch files

Don't apply if

• You mostly do background removal, this role is technical
• You need supervision on batch actions or color matching
• You need reminders to follow up
• You're looking for part-time or freelance side gigs

We've hired before based on strong resumes and interviews, and it didn't work. We're hiring on actual work this time.
