Salary: PKR 80,000 – 120,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office activities.
• Oversee office administration, facility management, and general maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
• Maintain administrative records, reports, and documentation.
• Manage Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities across Pakistan.
• Oversee and coordinate supply chain vehicles, including vehicle utilization, maintenance, and operational scheduling.
• Ensure smooth administrative and operational support across the organization.

Requirements

• Retired Army personnel will be preferred.
• Minimum 3–4 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage administrative operations and vehicle-related activities efficiently.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
