About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Writer who has a strong interest in writing engaging stories, novels, and fictional content. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or aspiring writers who enjoy storytelling and are eager to use modern AI tools to enhance their creativity and productivity.

The ideal candidate should be able to create original, well-structured, and emotionally engaging content while effectively utilizing AI writing tools to assist in research, brainstorming, outlining, and content refinement.

Key Responsibilities

• Write original short stories, novels, and fictional content across various genres.
• Develop compelling characters, engaging plots, and immersive storytelling.
• Generate creative story ideas and maintain consistency throughout long-form content.
• Use AI-powered writing tools to assist with brainstorming, outlining, editing, and improving content quality.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, grammar, and originality.
• Rewrite and enhance AI-generated drafts into natural, human-like content.
• Conduct research when required to improve story accuracy and depth.
• Meet assigned writing deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop new storytelling concepts.
• Ensure all written content is original, engaging, and free from plagiarism.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of content writing experience.
• Excellent English writing, grammar, and storytelling skills.
• Strong creative thinking and imagination.
• Ability to write engaging short stories, novels, scripts, or fictional content.
• Must have experience using AI writing tools such as:
• ChatGPT
• Gemini
• Claude
• Grammarly
• Notion AI
• Other AI-assisted writing tools
• Ability to edit and humanize AI-generated content.
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Passion for reading, creative writing, and storytelling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing romance, mystery, thriller, fantasy, or drama stories.
• Understanding of story structure, pacing, dialogue, and character development.
• Basic knowledge of SEO content writing is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Docs and Microsoft Word.
