Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Intern to support the Sales & Marketing team in promoting property projects, generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and assisting in sales activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in real estate sales and property development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in promoting real estate projects, residential and commercial properties, and investment opportunities.
• Generate potential customer leads through calls, social media, online platforms, and referrals.
• Contact prospective clients and share property details, pricing, payment plans, and project information.
• Assist in arranging client meetings, property visits, site tours, and follow-up calls.
• Maintain and update the customer database, lead sheets, and sales records.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, quotations, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Follow up with prospective buyers to understand their requirements and maintain client engagement.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to achieve assigned lead-generation and sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor projects, and property prices.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, leads generated, client meetings, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide accurate project information.
• Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and social media platforms.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn sales techniques.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in sales or real estate is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
