Job Description
We are looking for a talented Python Developer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role involves developing scalable AI/ML solutions, building efficient data pipelines, and contributing to end-to-end machine learning workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models using Python-based frameworks.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for training and inference processes.
• Implement supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning algorithms based on project requirements.
• Integrate AI/ML models into production systems and applications.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver suitable technical solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient Python code.
• Prepare clear and professional documentation, reports, and model performance summaries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and core libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and modeling techniques.
• Experience in data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and version control tools (Git) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with NLP, LLMs, or Generative AI.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
• Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs3,500,000.00 per month
