Job Overview

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams to create compelling visual designs for digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their design career while working on real-world branding, advertising, and creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging graphics for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and advertisements.
  • Create banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
  • Assist in developing branding and visual identity assets.
  • Collaborate with content writers and marketers to produce creative campaign materials.
  • Edit and optimize images, illustrations, and digital assets.
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all designs.
  • Support basic UI graphics and website visual assets when required.
  • Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and creative techniques.
  • Manage multiple design tasks while meeting project deadlines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 6 months – 1 year of professional experience in Graphic Design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Basic knowledge of Figma is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
  • Creativity with strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
