Job Description:

Digitalise is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Coordinator to kick-start and build our HR department from the ground up. The ideal candidate will take ownership of all HR functions, from recruitment to onboarding, and help us structure a smooth, efficient HR process. This role is especially crucial as we expand our team, particularly in marketing and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates for various roles, particularly in marketing and related fields.
  • Review and shortlist CVs for further screening.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews via phone to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and culture fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with the management and relevant department heads.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with candidates.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Prepare and organize documentation for new employees, including contracts, company policies, and any necessary training materials.
  • Collaborate with management to develop HR policies and procedures as the department grows.
  • Assist in defining employee roles and responsibilities.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in an HR or recruitment role is an asset(experience with marketing recruitment is a plus).
  • Strong command on English
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
