Job Overview
Astra Driving School, a UK-based driving school, is hiring Customer Service Agents / Call Handlers to join our remote student enquiry team. You will answer calls and messages from learner drivers in the UK, help them choose the right driving lessons or course, and book them in.
Day and night shifts are available (UK hours). Full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from UK students and parents professionally
- Respond to WhatsApp messages and website form enquiries quickly
- Explain our driving lessons, courses and prices, and help students choose the right option
- Book lessons and update student records in our CRM
- Make follow-up calls to new and existing enquiries
- Pass complex issues to the team leader when needed
What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English (clear accent, confident on the phone)
- Previous call centre, customer service or sales experience is a plus but not essential
- Friendly, patient and professional manner
- Basic computer skills and comfortable using WhatsApp and a CRM
- A reliable internet connection, laptop/PC and a quiet place to work
- Able to work day or night shifts covering UK hours
What We Offer
- Pay of Rs30,000 - Rs50,000 per month, plus performance bonuses
