About the Role

ManagingSEO is a digital SEO agency looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join us on a 1-month project-based contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through multiple outreach channels, qualifying leads, and booking discovery calls for our sales team.

This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity with the potential for a contract extension or full-time position based on performance.

Important: Prior appointment setting experience is required. Please include details of your experience when applying.

Language Requirements

• Client calls and conversations will be conducted in Urdu.
• Written outreach (emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.) will be in English.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, SMS, and social media DMs
• Qualify leads through brief conversations
• Schedule discovery calls directly into the sales calendar
• Follow up with prospects who have not responded
• Maintain accurate outreach records in a CRM or shared spreadsheet
• Submit daily updates on outreach activity, booked appointments, and pipeline status

Outreach Channels

You will be expected to work across:

• Email
• WhatsApp
• LinkedIn
• SMS / Text Messages
• Social Media DMs (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

RequirementsRequired

• Previous appointment setting experience
• Fluent spoken Urdu for client conversations
• Strong written English for emails and outreach messages
• Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, SMS, and social media for prospecting
• Able to work independently and manage daily outreach goals
• Available 20–25 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing services
• Experience using CRMs such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel
• Experience selling to Pakistani or South Asian businesses

Compensation & Benefits

• 1-month project-based contract
• PKR 30,000–50,000 for the contract period (negotiable based on experience)

• Monday–Friday schedule (20–25 hours/week)
• Weekends off
• Opportunity for contract extension or a full-time role based on performance
