Finishes.pk is an online building materials store in Pakistan. We supply SPC flooring, PVC foam boards, WPC wall panels, wallpapers, PVC wallpapers, and MDF boards to homeowners, interior designers, contractors, and shop owners. We are growing fast and need a confident female sales representative to handle our customer and lead communication.

Responsibilities

• Call new leads and inquiries and explain our products, sizes, and pricing
• Handle customer chats and follow-ups on WhatsApp and SMS
• Send catalogs, quotations, and product images to customers
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
• Follow up with customers who have not yet decided
• Record all leads, calls, and order status daily in our CRM/Google Sheet
• Coordinate with the team on order confirmation and delivery updates

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• 6+ months of experience in sales, telesales, customer support, or lead handling
• Fluent in Urdu; good working English
• Comfortable with phone calls and WhatsApp Business
• Own laptop/PC and stable internet connection
• Polite, confident, and persistent communication style
• Knowledge of building materials, interior, or home décor is a plus
• Basic Google Sheets/CRM skills are a plus
