Job Opportunity – Shift Manager (Karachi & Islamabad)

Costa Coffee Pakistan is hiring Shift Managers for our Karachi branches.

Shift Manager

Locations:

• Karachi
• Islamabad

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or shift management role within the restaurant, café, QSR, or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of store operations, cash handling, inventory management, and food safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with Costa Coffee standards.
• Monitor inventory, cash handling, and operational controls.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and business targets.
