We are a fast-growing restaurant chain looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Operations to lead, standardize, and scale our restaurant operations.

This is a senior leadership position for someone with at least 10 years of experience in the restaurant/F&B industry, including significant experience managing multiple restaurant outlets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of improving operational performance, building teams, controlling costs, maintaining service and food quality standards, and successfully supporting the expansion of a restaurant chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across all restaurant locations
• Develop and implement operational SOPs across the restaurant chain
• Ensure consistent food quality, service standards, hygiene, and customer experience across all outlets
• Manage and develop Restaurant Managers, Area Managers, and operational teams
• Establish KPIs and regularly review outlet performance
• Monitor sales, food cost, labor cost, wastage, inventory, and overall profitability
• Improve operational efficiency and identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs
• Ensure proper inventory management, stock controls, and procurement coordination
• Build systems and processes that can support rapid expansion of the restaurant chain
• Lead operational planning and execution for new restaurant openings
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and company standards
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements across locations
• Work closely with management, finance, HR, marketing, procurement, and kitchen teams
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain strong operational leadership teams
• Conduct regular outlet audits and performance reviews
• Identify operational problems and implement practical, measurable solutions
• Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in restaurant/F&B operations is mandatory
• Proven experience in a senior operations leadership position
• Strong experience managing multiple restaurant outlets
• Previous experience with a growing restaurant chain is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L and operational financial management
• Excellent knowledge of food cost, labor cost, inventory, wastage, and profitability controls
• Strong knowledge of restaurant SOPs and operational audits
• Proven ability to develop and manage Restaurant Managers and Area Managers
• Experience opening and launching new restaurant locations
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to build scalable systems and processes for a growing restaurant business

We are not looking for someone who has only managed a single restaurant.

We are looking for a restaurant operations leader who understands multi-outlet operations and knows how to scale a growing restaurant chain without compromising food quality, customer experience, cost control, or profitability.

The successful candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of operations and be accountable for measurable business results.

Pay: Rs58,840.63 - Rs321,137.32 per month
