Job Summary:
Snooze Restaurant is hiring an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, supervise service teams, ensure smooth shift management, and maintain guest service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Manage floor staff and coordinate with the kitchen team.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Monitor cash handling, stock, wastage, and daily operational controls.
• Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of restaurant/QSR/hospitality experience.
• Supervisory or Assistant Manager experience preferred.
• Strong communication, team management, and customer service skills.
• Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 per month
