Position Title: Cashier

Location: Rawalpindi & Islamabad (In-person)

Reports To: Branch Supervisor

Job Purpose

Accurately process customer transactions, manage cash flow, and deliver exceptional, friendly customer service in line with store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, resolve complaints patiently, and assist sales staff and branch leadership during peak hours.
• POS & Transaction Processing: Scan items, process payments (cash, card, mobile), issue receipts, and manage refunds or exchanges per company SOPs.
• Cash Management: Reconcile cash drawers at shift open/close, check for counterfeit currency, balance registers, and report any discrepancies immediately.
• Store Operations & Stocking: Monitor checkout area inventory, assist with stock replenishment, and report low-stock items.
• Maintenance & Compliance: Keep the checkout area clean and organized; adhere to health, safety, discount, and promotional policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a Cashier or in a similar retail role.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Excel and WhatsApp reporting; experience operating POS systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Traits: Honest, disciplined, punctual, and reliable.
• Local applicants (Rawalpindi/Islamabad) preferred.
