Job Title: Office Boy

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and responsible Office Boy to assist with daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and professional working environment. The ideal candidate should be punctual, cooperative, and willing to perform general office support duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, meeting rooms, and common areas.
• Deliver documents, files, and parcels within and outside the office when required.
• Assist with general administrative and office support tasks.
• Ensure office supplies, stationery, and refreshments are available.
• Keep the kitchen and pantry area clean and organized.
• Assist with receiving visitors and guiding them to the appropriate staff members.
• Run office-related errands as assigned by the management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum education: Middle or Matric preferred.
• Previous experience as an Office Boy/ Waiter or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Good manners, a positive attitude, and a professional appearance.
• Honest, punctual, hardworking, and trustworthy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively with the team.
• Basic communication skills.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
