Job Summary:
Snooze Restaurant is hiring an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, supervise service teams, ensure smooth shift management, and maintain guest service and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
- Manage floor staff and coordinate with the kitchen team.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Monitor cash handling, stock, wastage, and daily operational controls.
- Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–4 years of restaurant/QSR/hospitality experience.
- Supervisory or Assistant Manager experience preferred.
- Strong communication, team management, and customer service skills.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: Rs70,000.00 per month
