Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter, Server, or similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, buffet, hotel, or catering environment will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polite, respectful, and customer-oriented personality.
• Presentable appearance and professional grooming.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Assist guests with buffet items and provide information about dishes when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables and dining areas.
• Clear and reset tables promptly.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, captain, and other service staff for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Check that tables have all required cutlery, crockery, napkins, and other items.
• Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
