WE ARE HIRING — STORE INCHARGE / INVENTORY MANAGER

Luna Coffee is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced Store Incharge / Inventory Manager to join our growing operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the central store/commissary inventory.
• Receive, inspect, count, and properly store all incoming goods and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, transfers, issues, returns, and wastage.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving and critical items.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Accounts, and Branch Teams regarding inventory requirements.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices for food, beverage, packaging, and other perishable items.
• Monitor expiry dates, damaged goods, wastage, and stock discrepancies.
• Maintain proper storage conditions and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and audit-ready.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Investigate and report stock variances, shortages, and unusual consumption.
• Control issuance of inventory to branches against approved requisitions.
• Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements.
• Support inventory audits and assist management in improving inventory controls.
• Ensure compliance with Luna’s inventory and store SOPs.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in inventory, store, warehouse, or procurement operations.
• Experience in restaurant, café, hospitality, FMCG, or food-service operations will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, and stock management.
• Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience working with POS, ERP, or inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Honest, responsible, and highly detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who can take complete ownership of inventory accuracy and store discipline, ensuring that every item entering, moving through, and leaving the store is properly recorded and controlled.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
