Restaurant Operations & Guest Experience Manager

About the Role

Venus Pakistan is looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Operations & Guest Experience Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and café locations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands hospitality, knows how to build and train high-performing teams, and has the expertise to successfully launch and establish new restaurant/café locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant and café locations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain high standards of guest service, hospitality, and customer experience across all locations.
  • Develop and implement service standards, SOPs, and guest experience guidelines.
  • Lead the training and development of restaurant staff, including customer service, product knowledge, service standards, and operational procedures.
  • Take a leading role in the opening and setup of new restaurants and cafés, including staffing, training, SOP implementation, and pre-opening operations.
  • Regularly visit and monitor locations to ensure consistency in service, cleanliness, food presentation, staff performance, and overall guest experience.
  • Coach and develop Restaurant Managers and supervisors to build a strong and accountable management team.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and operational performance.
  • Work closely with senior management on new openings, expansion plans, staffing, and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant, café, hospitality, or food service operations, preferably in a management role.
  • Proven experience in setting up and launching new restaurants or cafés.
  • Strong experience in staff training, guest relations, service standards, and team development.
  • Experience managing multiple locations and willingness to travel between locations as required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a bakery-based café, restaurant, or similar food-service concept will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, hospitality standards, and team management.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who can build teams, establish high service standards, manage multiple locations, and create a consistently exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, confident in leading people, and experienced in taking a restaurant or café from setup to successful day-to-day operations.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
