Fryitt (A food Brand located at Habitt City) is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, customer service, and operational management skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
  • Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Control operational costs and minimize wastage.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Monitor daily sales, prepare reports, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure all restaurant equipment is properly maintained.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality operations.
  • Experience in managing fast-food or casual dining restaurants is preferred.

Required Skills
