Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, efficient operations, and profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations (front & back of house)
- Supervise and train staff, manage schedules and performance
- Ensure high standards of customer service and handle complaints
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and cost control
- Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with health & safety regulations
- Track financial performance and improve profitability
- Coordinate with kitchen and marketing for menu updates and promotions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 2–3 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory, and operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- On-site role in Karachi
Note: Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Karachi.
