Full job description

Oven n Grill is seeking a proactive and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast food restaurant and possess strong leadership, customer service, and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
  • Lead, motivate, and support team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures.
  • Handle cash, POS operations, and daily shift reports.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure the restaurant is always guest-ready.
  • Coordinate with the Branch Manager to achieve operational and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Shift Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar supervisory role in a fast food restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Good understanding of restaurant operations, inventory control, and food safety standards.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.
