Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Process cash, card, and digital payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth order flow.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
• Keep the cashier counter clean and organized.
• Follow all restaurant SOPs, hygiene standards, and company policies.
• Prepare daily cash reports and ensure proper cash reconciliation.

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICom) or equivalent.
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Pay: Rs27,000.00 - Rs34,000.00 per month
