Position: General Manager.

We are looking for an experienced and professional Restaurant General Manager (GM) to oversee the complete operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service standards, controlling costs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets.Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise the overall daily operations of the restaurant. Lead, train, and manage restaurant staff and department heads. Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene. Monitor restaurant sales, expenses, and operational costs. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Manage staff schedules, attendance, performance, and discipline. Coordinate with kitchen, service, accounts, procurement, and other departments. Monitor inventory, wastage, stock levels, and food costs. Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and SOPs. Conduct regular operational inspections and take corrective actions when required. Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Manage cash handling and ensure proper financial controls. Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions. Develop strategies to improve sales, customer retention, and overall restaurant performance. Maintain a professional and positive working environment.Requirements 3–5 years of relevant experience in restaurant management or hospitality operations. Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager will be preferred. Strong leadership and team-management skills. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Good understanding of restaurant operations, food cost, inventory, and staff management. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced environment.
