We are currently seeking a reliable, customer-oriented, and detail-focused Cashier to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately process customer orders and payments through the POS system.
• Handle cash, card, and digital transactions efficiently and responsibly.
• Maintain and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Assist customers with menu information, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless order processing.
• Resolve customer concerns courteously and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional cashier counter and reception area.
• Follow company policies and operational procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cashier, Front Desk Representative, or Customer Service Representative is preferred.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Location

Shop No. 6 & 7, Property Zone Plaza, Main Road, Iqbal Street, Near MR-1 Barrier, Sector 1, Gulshan Abad, Adyala Road, Rawalpindi.

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Cashier at Fast Food Restaurant: 2 years (Preferred)
