Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process cash, card, and digital payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth order flow.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
- Keep the cashier counter clean and organized.
- Follow all restaurant SOPs, hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Prepare daily cash reports and ensure proper cash reconciliation.
Requirements
- Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICom) or equivalent.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Pay: Rs27,000.00 - Rs34,000.00 per month
