Famous O's Pizza is seeking a dynamic and proactive Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the floor and kitchen teams, maintaining brand SOPs, and delivering an exceptional dining experience to every customer. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise staff during the entire shift including order flow, service speed, and team coordination

Ensure smooth communication between kitchen, counter, and delivery teams

Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally Maintain Famous O's Pizza service standards, hygiene, and food safety protocols

Oversee accurate billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting

Monitor inventory levels and minimize wastage

Submit daily shift reports and coordinate with management on operations

Requirements:

Education: Fresh graduates.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Experience: No prior experience required.

Full training will be provided

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

Flexible to work in rotational shifts including weekends & public holidays

Punctual, responsible, and customer-focused mindset

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Package: PKR 60,000
