Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore

Shift: 8 Hours

Employment: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and professional Café Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a boutique coffee shop in DHA Phase 6, Lahore.

We are looking to create a refined, welcoming and highly consistent café experience. The Café Manager will be responsible not only for smooth operations, but also for ensuring that every customer is greeted, served and looked after according to the standards of the café.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the café.

- Ensure customers are greeted warmly and attended to professionally.

- Supervise baristas and service staff throughout the shift.

- Ensure coffee, beverages and food items are prepared and presented according to defined standards.

- Make sure all service procedures and SOPs are consistently followed.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and overall presentation of the café.

- Monitor staff grooming, uniforms and professional conduct.

- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive guest experience.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate requirements with the relevant team.

- Train and guide staff on customer service, product knowledge and café procedures.

- Ensure opening, closing and daily operational checklists are properly followed.

- Regularly report operational issues, customer feedback and areas of improvement to management.

Ideal Candidate

- Previous experience in cafés, restaurants, hotels or the hospitality industry is required.

- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.

- Well-groomed, clean and professional in appearance.

- Strong communication and customer-service skills.

- Able to lead and manage a team respectfully but firmly.

- Detail-oriented and able to maintain consistent standards.

- Understands that good hospitality is about the complete customer experience, not simply serving a product.

We are particularly looking for someone who takes pride in service, cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail, and can help us create a boutique café experience that stands apart from a conventional coffee shop.
