Job Description – Rider Manager

Job Summary

Wrap Lab is looking for a hands-on Rider Manager to manage and improve the performance of our delivery rider fleet across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the delivery rider fleet across assigned branches.
  • Monitor rider performance using KPIs such as delivery time, order completion, cancellations, attendance, productivity, and customer complaints.
  • Identify low-performing riders and implement corrective actions, coaching, or performance improvement plans.
  • Coordinate with branch managers to resolve rider shortages and delivery-related operational issues.
  • Ensure riders follow company SOPs, grooming standards, customer service expectations, and delivery procedures.
  • Conduct regular rider briefings and training on service standards, order handling, safety, and operational SOPs.
  • Handle rider grievances, disciplinary matters, warnings, and operational conflicts professionally.
  • Maintain accurate rider records, documentation, performance trackers, and operational reports.
  • Analyze delivery performance and recommend improvements to reduce delays and increase rider productivity.
  • Conduct regular branch visits and maintain strong communication with riders and operational teams.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Management Sciences, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in rider management, fleet operations, delivery operations, logistics, or a similar role.
  • Experience in QSR, restaurants, food delivery, e-commerce, courier, logistics, or last-mile delivery is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing a sizeable frontline or rider workforce.
  • Strong understanding of rider scheduling, attendance management, deployment, and performance monitoring.
  • Good command of Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and performance tracking.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment and respond quickly to staffing or delivery issues.
  • Comfortable traveling between branches and interacting regularly with frontline employees.

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
