Ropstam is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to support daily financial operations. The role involves managing accounting records, reconciliations, and financial reporting within a structured, client-service-based environment. Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and budgeting
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports to provide insights into the company’s financial position and performance
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and reporting requirements
• Conduct regular audits of financial documents and processes to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with other departments, such as IT and operations, to align financial activities with business objectives
• Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Mandatory)
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (Mandatory)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
• Exceptional attention to detail to maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Plaza 82, 83 St 26A, Sector H DHA Phase 2, Main G.T Road, Rawalpindi.
