Job Title: Purchase Officer (SAP)

Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Naya Nazimabad, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement process (PR to PO)
• Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with vendors
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for building materials
• Track orders, deliveries, and maintain procurement records
• Coordinate with internal departments for requirements and approvals
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3+ years of procurement experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP (MM module preferred)
• Strong knowledge of procurement of building materials
• Experience in handling PRs, POs, and vendor coordination
• Good negotiation and communication skills
