Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, legal requirements, and company safety standards across Sugar Mill Operations.
- Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and HSE audits to identify hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, emergency drills, and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, prepare reports, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor PPE compliance, fire safety systems, permit-to-work procedures, and environmental practices while maintaining accurate HSE records and documentation.
Requirements:
Education: BS Chemical Engineering / BS Environmental Science
Experience & Certification: 2–3 years of HSE experience in the Sugar Mills Industry only.
NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, Safety Courses.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
