Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and programs
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective & preventive actions
- Maintain EHS documentation, records, and reports
- Conduct safety trainings, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports
- Coordinate with internal departments and external regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in EHS / HSE role
- Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Experience with audits, inspections, and compliance reporting
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification will be an advantage
